First thing's first…
Five Kingdoms is a very in depth world that draws from many real world historical, and fantasy cultures. It can be a little daunting at first for the new player, so we've tried to offer as much information in the simplest form possible. We've also set up a new player assistance program to help ease you into the realm rather then shove you head first into a world that can be a touch confusing!
H.E.L.P. (Helping Every Lowbie Program)
The H.E.L.P program is designed to help new players into the very large and sometimes confusing world of the Five Kingdoms. People who are new to the game are encouraged to join the program so we can help ease you into the world both IC and OOC.
OOC H.E.L.P.
The OOC H.E.L.P. program will offer you a channel to ask questions of your H.E.L.P. team, and once a week will offer classes on various subjects from Combat, RP, Questing, and Crafting. The classes will be offered in an OOC area where players are free of the IC restrictions of class and society to discuss and learn comfortably.
IC H.E.L.P.
Ic the H.E.L.P. program will give your character connections in society, invitations to events and help finding sponsors etc. It is very likely your assigned H.E.L.P.'ers will work out a relationship with your character (be it friend, cousin or other.) This relationship will help you navigate the world of social interactions and business with ease and grace.
How to Join
To get involved with the H.E.L.P. program, simply ask in game by using the +ticket box.
Where to start?
Best idea is to start with Theme which covers a very basic rundown of some of the important things you should know about IC and OOC in the game. Once you've managed to get through all that, log on as a Guest and have a look around! Once in the game you can set yourself up in the H.E.L.P. program, look for a character (or build your own), meet other players, and ask questions of our players! And remember, if you have a question ASK! we love answering your queries. Lastly? Hit up our Forums and see whats going on!
